Real Madrid star GoalKeeper Iker Casillas is set to leave Real Madrid after 16 years at the Bernabeu. Turning down huge offers made by Manchester United, David de Gea is edging closer to a transfer move for Real Madrid. One of the best Goal-Keeper and the most-decorated keeper in Real Madrid history, Iker Casillas has two years left on his current contract and wants them paid in full if he is to quit.
Iker Casillas has long-since resisted attempts to move him on but this time he looks ready to make space for Manchester United's David de Gea.

Real Madrid are expected to make their opening gambit for the Manchester United goalkeeper at
£22 million but even though De Gea only has one year left on his current contract, that first bid is likely to be rejected.

David de Gea is turning down a
£200,000-a-week offer from Manchester United (making his the highest paid Goal-Keeper in the world) to make a move from Real Madrid. Manchester United were ready to pay for anything to make David de Gea in United's family but family ties have left David de Gea determined to move on.
But Real Madrid new manager Rafa Benitez is less keen on the soap opera of choosing between David de Gea and club legend Iker Casillas and he is understood to have a telephone conversation with the goalkeeper.
