Aaron Ramsey and Branislav Ivanovic are two of the total six players shortlisted for the UEFA Champions League goal of the season for the year 2014-15. The Premier League duo are up against three Barcelona strikes- Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi and Ivan Rakitic. The last one included by the UEFA is Schalke's Leroy Sane.

#1. Aaron Ramsey - Galatasaray 1 - 4 Arsenal, group stage
One of the sweetest half-volleys from one's weaker foot and from 30 yards out that you will ever see is from the Welsh midfielder Aaron Ramsey which put Arsenal 3-0 up against Galatasaray in Istanbul.

#2. Branislav Ivanovic - Paris Saint Germain 1 - 1 Chelsea, round of 16, first leg
One of the best combination goal you can ever see is from Chelsea backline to put them ahead in a tie with Paris Saint Germain which they would go on to loose. John Terry with the cross, Gary Cahill with the clever flick and Ivanovic with the headed finish!

#3. Leroy Sane - Real Madrid 3 - 4 Schalke, round of 16, second leg
Schalke's midfielder Leroy Sane curled a left-foot kick inside Iker Casillas's right hand post. Leroy Sane beauty put Schalke one goal ahead of Real Madrid on their own turf.

#4. Luis Suarez - Paris Saint Germain 1-3 Barcelona, quarter final
Luis Suarez performed beauty in the quarter final against PSG. After a one-two with Andres Iniesta, Suarez nutmegged Paris Saint Germain defender David Luiz and curled the ball in the top corner.

#5. Lionel Messi - Barcelona 3 - 0 Bayern Munich, semi-final
What a feel did Messi got after chipping over the world number 1 keeper Manuel Neur. In the semi final Lionel Messi showed his magic and left the world best defender Jerome Boateng on his backside after an incredible dummy.

#6. Ivan Rakitic - Juventus 1 - 3 Barcelona, final
One of the proud moments for Ivan Rakitic was to score an incredible and magnificent goal especially which was the opener for the final of Champions League. Ivan Rakitic tapped home after slice work from Neymar and Iniesta which put Barcelona in a lead against Juventus.
