Cristiano Ronaldo confirms Documentary film is being made about his life and career.

Cristiano Ronaldo's film is expected to come to cinemas later this year.
On 9 june 2015 at 6:00 AM, Cristiano Ronaldo posted a tweet on twitter to his fan to update them about his upcoming film "Ronaldo" with a black and white picture of his son with a camera. (see below)

 The movie would be a documentary film about the Portuguese star life and career. The documentary will follow "a year in the life of the world's best groomed soccer player" and feature previously unseen footage and interviews of the star and his family, friends and teammates.

Cristiano Ronaldo was shot in Brazil, Madeira, United States, Madrid and Lisbon. His movie is expected to reach at Cinemas later this year. The Portugal star and his club Real Madrid will be the focus of the film "Ronaldo".

Bafta-winning British directory Anthony Wonke is in charge while Universal Pictures is producing and distributing, Variety reports. Asif Kapadia, who directed Senna and upcoming film Amy, will be the executive producer.
