Chelsea crowned Premier League champions after Crystal Palace win

Yesterday i.e 03/04/2015 Sunday was a done of happiness for Chelsea as it had won the title of Premier League Champions successfully after beating down Crystal Palace 1-0. Naturally the match was really tough for both the teams as it was the final of English Premier League.
PFA young player of the year, Eden Hazard scored the opener for Chelsea which led them to victory at Stamford Bridge, London. Willian and Hazard played a lovely one-two in the keeper's box until Hazard was taken down by McArthur leaving behind referee with no choice but to point to the penalty spot. Chelsea was given penalty which was then taken by Eden Hazard. Hazard tried to put the ball behind the net but Julian Speroni reflected it easily. Unfortunately the keeper couldn't grip the ball which resulted in a bounce. Taking full advantage of the bounce Eden Hazard made his move and put the ball in the right side of the goal.
Stamford Bridge was broken with an almighty roar by Chelsea fans. Mourinho's Chelsea crowned Premier League champions. Eden Hazard goal led to victory. Chelsea are now the champions of English Premier League for the first time since 2010. From the results it had been concluded that Chelsea is the best team, Eden Hazard the best player and Jose Mourinho the best manager! Now it's time for Chelsea to defend this title and make it to another glory!
