Scorers of first half: Messi (32')
Lionel Messi brilliantly dodge the Almerian defender and scored a stunner from his left foot into the goal post from the opponent box. Due to his brilliantly placed inner from left foot the ball finally made it to the net in 32' minute.
In the minute 41' Edgar also tried a shot on Barcelona C. Bravo but the ball couldn't make it
to the goal and got out from the left side although Bravo also managed to dive and save in case of any danger.
43' minute, Corona won free kick against Barcelona but the free kick was beautifully blocked by Barca's Defenders instead Almeria managed to won a corner.
The corner was headed by Trujillo but it was held very comfortably by C. Bravo. As he released the ball from his hands the referee blew the half-time whistle.
Half-Time
Luis Enrique men managed to get a goal against Almeria by the stunner scored by Lionel Messi. The first half was mostly controlled by Barcelona, continuously putting pressure on Almeria and not allowing them to score an equalizer. Both the team went from the ground sweated and exhausted. The first yellow card of the game was booked to Javier Mascherano who tried to stop Bifouma who was heading towards the goal and resulted in losing balance and felling to the ground.
Sergi Barjuan surely wants more of performance from his men to win a victory from Barcelonians at Camp Nou which he knows will be difficult for them.
